what size hoses

I need to replace the heater hoses on my 89 ranger but dont want to disconect them untill i have the new ones. I dont know what size they are,1/2 or 5/8,3/4 can someone let me know? Thanks

do believe it's 5/8's....but i cant remember. i bought mine about a year ago, still havent gotten around to changing it, lol
