Yeah, very true. I guess all I was getting at is that you can do an 8.8 swap for less than $20 assuming you have autozone nearby, don't mind cutting up a 7.5 and not counting the cost of the axle itself.
My first 8.8 swap involved new spring perches, shock mounts etc so it was quite a bit more expensive.
