I bet it looks better with the flares covering the cut edge.
I'm with the others, more capable means lower lift and fender cutting. You certainly won't be gettin' around well with 3.73s and 35s though, you'll want 5.13s for those (also, I wouldn't spool the front if you want to maintain your turning radius, get a locker of some sort for it).
ehh i dont know about the flairs, my personal opion it kinda looked like a down syndrom tonka truck...they were huge, about 6inches wide.guess it wasnt so bad looking when It had the groud hawgs on it...14inches wide on some waaaaayyyy off set rims....15x10 wiht 3inches of back space....
but I prefer my white trash look over that.

Ill also agree with junkie, if you keep the v-6 2.9 I assume, 35;s and 5.13's will be the only way to get the truck to move decent.....hell even withthe 4.0l.
with my 33's and 4.56's 4.0l and 5spd I have the power of a stock truck...
the 35's I had at one time were kinda lazy....and the ground hawgs 36's were just lame.Felt like iwas driving a 4cyl.
