You could string the sockets thru a small cable or rope. Never did like those socket holders either. Could wear those sockets like a bandolier.
That would probably work best, thanks. Tired of searching the bottom of the box or bag for all the sockets that fall off those rails. The rails may work fine if all they do is hang on a wall but they certainly don't work if they are used in a tool box or tool bag that is being moved around LOL.
