what is this?

this was in the back of the camper. found it way back and forgot about it. it has 2 fuse holders in the red positive battery lines.... i am thinking it is a multi hook up system for adding accessories to the camper? looks like its never been used

any suggestions?

The ad that you found explains what it can be used for.

Being wireless, if it was sold in US, it'd be required to have an FCC number on it somewhere. An FCC number can be looked up on their website, which might give you access to some documentation on the device (like use or installation instructions).
