My 02 ranger was 4 years old when those pictures where taken the first owner wasn't owning that ranger until sept 2006 after those 2 pictures does that mean that ranger was owned by a business in the years 2002-2003-2004-2005- then until september in 2006.

Not necessarily. Almost impossible to tell at this point. Trucks are probably long gone by now. How are you finding this information out ?
