just wanted a second opinion be4 i start ordering.
bronco ii frame and ranger cab and a d44 and 9inch from 79 bronco.

front going to use super flex 6 inch coils for a 79 bronco and use the the stock arms and just extend them about 5 inches.

rear going to do the 63inch chevy leaf spring swap but going to using one that is for a 5.5inch lift and then use the chevy lowering shackles.

do you think i should flex ok pretty good and be able to clear 38.5 boggers or will i have to use a body lift? thanks

If they don't clear, you could always trim to get them to fit (with lower lift and trimming, your CoG won't be as high, too). I'd avoid the bodylift unless you have an actual need for it (clearance for a t-case doubler, etc).

With 38.5" Boggers in the works, I'd be looking at a better front axle than a D44 though.

well, that all depends on what kind of wheelin he plans todo, if he plans on any sorta rock activity's then the d44 will snap liek a twig, i have a set of 40" boggers for wheelin with my truck(38.5 gumbos for daily) and with my molly axles and u joints it should hold up pretty well for the kind of wheelin i will do(jersey trails, mud, the occasional jeep to go over...)

I'm only going to be running a 38.5x11, but I still chose to go with the HP60. It was the sort of thing I felt falls under "do it the right way the first time" Plus, I have a heavy right foot at times. Besides, what fun is a rig that you have to be careful with the go pedal? Over-built driveline with a stock engine is the way to go, in my opinion.
