What did you do to your Ranger today? (Part Deux!)

Drove it home and the p/s pump is ok and the hose is no longer spraying the frame. I did have the shifter knob come loose again so once I got home I tightened it up again. If it comes loose one more time I'm going to purchase a new one, fill it with silicone, then install it for the added grip strength to the shaft. I would do something more permanent but then I would need to remove the shifter boot for some currently unknown reason because.... Murphy's Law. That's why.

Gave it a well deserved bath. Checked the oil and found that my biggest oil leak was the valve covers gaskets that I replaced as I would usually be putting in a quarter of a quart but It is just below the full line now and still that golden color.

Got a frame for my truck...... more to come next year...... 4 link, k member, and top end kit.....

My red Ranger pulled yard detail again and got used like a large, self-propelled wheelbarrow moving wood chips and log chunks around my property. Tomorrow it’s going to get worked on, try to button up a few issues. My buddy brought the F-150 by so we could unload it too, then took it back up there so we can demo more of the chimney

My new, used 14” king coil overs came in last week. I’ve got big plans for her. Gonna build extended radius arms, put in a set of 64” leafs, shackle flip and possibly some bilstien shocks. Lots of plans, not enough time or funds to make it happen as fast as I want lol.

Well...

drove it to lowes to get some paint, ran really rough missing bad there, way back much better. will be parked for awhile. turning my attention and resources towards my house and with a little luck ill be building a 30x36x12 shop at house complete w/ lift. only need the stars to align, moon to shine, and concrete prices to stay somewhat stable for next 2 months. good luck right?

Slap on some 31's on my 97 2wd. I was really happy with the Rough Country lift but wanted to put some beefy new shoes on her. This is my first Ranger ever. Got it at an auction for 400 and it only had 87000 miles on it. It sure has changed alot as it use to be on those little 14s and the shocks were all blown out. Its been good to me. Its a solid truck for sure.
