Was supposed to meet up with an esteemed member of The Station and yet again life got in the way. 1 day we will traverse the beautiful trails of middle TN. Maybe the loop, maybe LBL or something else. Have a great weekend brother.

The Colorado trip last year was awesome. I definitely would do it again. Jim Oaks made some articles about the trip. I believe you have to access them from the home page of this web site. The articles and the pictures didn't do the trip justice but Jim tried.

The videos of the trip were great. I remember everyone commenting that their trucks coolant temps were higher than normal.

Robert Mangrum and I had some temperature issues until we figured out that keeping the engine RPMs up helped resolve the problem. We did that by using the + and - buttons on the shifter to lock in what gear we wanted to be in. It also helped greatly with engine braking down hill instead of cooking our brakes.

Apparently, he's having issues with his truck's steering. So, the meet up might have been cancelled in any case. Purely conjecture on my part though.
