Don't do food pics, but it looked as good as it tasted.

Calgary stampede has free pancake breakfast. But that's about 40 minute drive, never mind parking. So I scratch built my own...

Instapot pork chops and mushrooms.
Salt and pepper pork chops, brown on both sides in frying pan.
Meantime, add 1 cup beef broth (I use salt-free bullion) and a half cup of sliced mushrooms to the pot (I use the silicon strainer also).
Top pork chops with a can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, no water, just the soup out of the can.
Pressure cook on high for 18 minutes, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes.
Remove pork chops and mushrooms, set the pot on saute, stir in a little water and flour mix to thicken the gravy.
Add salt and pepper.
I usually serve mashed potatoes with this.

Tossed em on my flat top... lots of peppers and onions...

I like just the mild or hot Italian better... at least this way.

I'll figure out a different way to serve the other pack.

The Dr. Pepper sure comes through...

Wife LOVES Dr. Pepper. Like it's almost all she'll drink. We tried them when they first came out.

Even as I was eating them.... I was thinking there has to be a better way to eat them.

Im thinking I'll grill the next package up... chop them up and toss the chunks into a crock pot full of homemade baked beans.

My homemade beans typically get a 12oz can of Coca-Cola... I'll sub in a can of Dr pepper instead.

I'm not sure what this recent trend of putting weird flavors into foods that don't belong or weird interproduct flavor merges came from, but I don't need Mike's hard cider Apple Jacks.
