Casa Carrion, Lyman, SC. Only 4 miles from the house. Very good restaurant. Those sliced fresh grilled jalapenos were surprisingly NOT spicy, though. Had to rely on my salsa for the tingle.

I wondered how many of those you ate.

Just remembered a funny story about that dish. Ine day, while I was there, someone ordered it. They happened to bi sitting under or very near a smoke detector. Thete was so much steam and vapor coming off the dish that they set off the fire alarm. It's not just innocent steam coming off that plate. It will make your eyes water and burn.
