- My credo
- In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Not really dinner tonight. But I'm making it tonight. So I thought I would tell y'all about it.
One of the YouTube channels I watch is called "Tasting History", hosted by Max Miller. A couple weeks ago, I saw an episode that he did on the history of ice cream. Each episode centers around some historical aspect of food and he makes one or more dishes related to the subject. Well, he made parmesan ice cream.
Around the same time, my circle of church friends decided to plan an ice cream social for this coming Saturday night. I had jokingly posted a link to the parmesan ice cream video. And, as you may have guessed, I was "volun-told" to bring it to the ice cream social. So, I'm getting it made. I tasted the mixture before putting it in the churn. It is delicious. Don't even think of saying it gross, unless you have tasted it.
