Trying a new microbrewery tonight. Blueberry jalapeño wings, fresh cut fries and Cajun pork skins. First beer selection is an amber lager that tastes great.

Johnsonville is where it’s at for Brats. No pics but that was last night’s dinner, cheddar brats with grilled onions. Did it all on the flat top. Hit the onions with some garlic butter then dusted some wood fired garlic and caramelized onion butter Kinder’s seasonings on. Add in some seasoned fries done in the air fryer and it made a fine meal.

Tonight is Aloha shoyu chicken,_its still cookin. Also this time of year its always iced-coffee if any after dinner. Here's A pot slowly brewin.. (No that's not my most recent Ranger oil change).....

First time doing a brisket. I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

Must have been rib night... I did baby backs... redskin potato salad and BBQ beans. No pictures... I was really hungry.

Did red beans and rice with smoked sausage and corn bread two nights ago...

Definitely must have been rib night last night, lol. Mine were baby backs. 45 minutes on the grill, had the top of the packet open for the last like 5-10 minutes or so. Grill has a steam tray so it goes on the lowest setting and let it go. Might try dividing a rack and make two smaller packs so I can use indirect heat, but the way I’ve been doing it is simple and effective. I soaked mine down with some liquid garlic butter before closing the packet.

We had oven fries, salad and corn on the cob with it. No pictures of that though, my uncle was here just as the ribs came off the grill

Lisa used her same grill to do a rack of baby backs last night too, same method, lol. She uses different butter though.

Haha yes it was! I don’t think mine were baby backs, just some type of ribs that were on sale. Next time I will use baby backs though as the shape should help them cook more consistently.

They spent about 6 hours on the Weber with applewood. Three open, two in a foil pouch, and one more open again at about 375 to set the sauce.

Tonight I used Kinders Japanese BBQ sauce. Soy... ginger and garlic were the notes I picked up. Stuff is legit. Finished up the redskin potato salad from last night.

That looks pretty awesome. I have some of the Kinder Japanese BBQ sauce and it’s definitely good. Actually lately I’ve been collecting a lot of the Kinder seasonings, really like their stuff, it’s pretty legit. One of my favorites is their Cowboy Butter seasoning. Also have their Prime Steak, Caramelized Onion Butter, Woodfired Garlic, and I think one or two of the ones with jalapeño.

The sweet corn has been in for about 10 days. Probably the best part of this entire state. I also did a Dr. Pepper pork shoulder for some pulled pork sandwiches.
