I had chocolate chip pancakes ith strawberries from IHOP for breakfast. It's the wife's birthday so she wanted ihop.

And it was hot already. 0900 and humidity pushed the real feel temp over 100.

BBQ pork tenderloin with fresh vegetables.

And fried some peanuts for the week long road trip starting monday.

Last night was eat what came out of the garden night. Zucchini, yellow squash, onion, green pepper and portobello mushrooms (not from my garden). With some stewed down cherry tomatoes. Served over roasted spaghetti squash. Total vegan... and it was really good.

Tonight... it's cheese burgers.

I made myself some stew. Used onion, sausage, mushroom, a tomato, potatoes, and peas. And 35% cream for the sauce thickened with flour and water. Salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and nutmeg. Just about to start to eat it now....
And....
It is good!

Made cheese burgers... also made my favorite summer salad. Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, kalamata olives and a splash of Greek vinegrette.

Then we had root beer floats... @snoranger passed out glasses at the last trail ride. My daughter gave me the little plaque for a nice way of thanking me for inviting them to dinner once or twice a week.

I totally wasted my Sunday dinner with meat on a trip to Arby's last night. I swear everytime I eat out... I'm just disappointed. In my humble opinion... most all of it is terrible.

My garden is booming and I have broccoli coming out of my broccoli. My cherry tomatoes are crazy too. So I made bruschetta (sp). The wife wanted Mac and cheese... so it got a bunch of steamed broccoli mixed in. Mixed up dinner but it was 25 times better then an Arby's Ruben.

Whipped cream cheese and fresh blueberries stuffed French Toast. With my homemade blueberry topping... and Bacon!!
