Well just like Gump, I stuffed the crockpot and let it ride with minimal review:

I figured this thread would be filled with photos of Corn Beef, Cabbage, Onions and Potatoes.
FWIW, I used to make an authentic Irish meal for today, but I make meals for everyone in the house and that includes senior citizens that are set on certain things and I bow to the wishes of the masses.
(The irish didn't really have many cows - that was an England thing... corn beef is a modern tradition that started in Chicago if I remember right - the Irish ate a good hearty brown sauce based stew made of pork)
The last time I made the authentic Irish was 2021, so I'll include that and the recipe:
(that was a bachelor feast since everyone was sick with covid and we stayed away from each other - hence the fine china)
