A couple nights ago I made salmon patties and potato pancakes...

Tonight was a pork chop with yesterday's leftover fettuccine and cheddar bay biscuits...

Going to sound weird, but it was a leftover, fridge cleanout night. What i have here is a slow cooker bacon-potatoe soup sandwich on toast with grilled pork tenderloin, and grilled kilabosi. DO NOT THROW SHADE, until you have tried. P.S. recommend lots of napkins. This may or may not be my breakfast tomorrow....

From the guy that that frequently makes leftover hash and baked spaghetti sandwiches.

Just looking at that says I'm seeing scalloped potatoes and ham real soon.

With the cooler shortened days we're now having... the menu here has switched from summertime meals the fall food.

Just the other night I made a crock pot full chicken and noodles with dumplings.
