No pictures of dinner, but it was home made hot sausage ravioli… venison hot sausage ground up with a generous amount of sharp cheddar cheese and stuffed into ravioli...

Dessert was a smoked Dopplebock from Germany, courtesy of my brother who got it for me as part of my Christmas gift…

Southwest salad last night...

I bought a bag of tater tots at the store last time there. I keep hearing about totchos. Anyone ever made them?

The wife let's me make one meal a week that really isn't good for anyone in anyway. I was thinking like Philly cheesesteak totchos... or like deluxe cheeseburger totchos. Maybe even Ruben totchos.

Any ideas?

This one’s not dinner, but it’s food related.

Every week a guy from one of the other departments delivers us a box of bagels. We got our delivery this morning.

Haluski tonight. I cooked. Used our own venison kielbasa. Meat got a little over done, but it was still mighty good. Two entire sticks of Irish butter went into it. This, of course, is the remains.
