Sigh... Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunch garnished with Fire sauce for me

I've missed a couple days of dinners.

Taco night with homemade guacamole...

And when I drove mom back to Michigan... I always bring home some Kogel hot dogs in natural casings. I grew up with them and IMHO... no other hot dog compares. Also homemade Mac and cheese and my canned dill pickles spears.

I dont believe there is dogs in there....lol.

Filet mignon and baked potato. No pictures. Too dark to see if the steak was cooked. It was a tad bit too rare. But tasted good. Potato was perfect. And, to finish it off, cherry pie, right out of the wrapper.

Kabobs. I forgot the mushrooms (they're in the cooler). I hate cooking late and in the dark.

Bbq'd breaded avacado slices. I already ate the burnt ones first, now for the good ones...lol.

We have been yogurt making fools lately. Like a quart every other day. We drip out some of the whey for Greek style yogurt which gives us about a pint. But making so much, one quart ot a time, is taxing. Too much planning. So, I just ordered a temperature controlled outlet to control a slow cooker to be between 100-110°. This way we can make 2-3 quarts, or more, at a time.

Hope that didn't excite you all too much!

I'm going to call you out on this and say :bsflag: There's no coals in the grille. :unsure:I'm beginning to think you bought this at the local BBQ shop and tried to pull it off as yours. ;missingteeth;

Either way, it looks friggin' delicious:beer: and I'm really jealous cause I love ribs 😢 and I don't have them on my plate.
