we may need to change the way we post

How about this. I think RPS does it! If you are not signed in. the "off topic" section does not show up. When you log in it magically appears. Why can't we do something like that so only members can look in the Garage and entertainment sections!! We can keep doing what we are doing but it is not visiable if your a guest!

It may already be like that. A lot forums have areas that are only accessible to members.

I think it would work! I mean I may be wrong but do you think kids (little) will sign up just to look at the adult post we have. Everyone that signs up here I would think be no younger then 15-16. If they have hit high school it is nothing they have not seen before!

not sure if they would or not but it would help protect trs from liability if it's for members only then it's not something everyone can view

Ya, I agree.

I don't mind posts of girls with big chests as long as they're covered, but we probably shouldn't be posting links to porn.

I too looked at naked women in magazines when I was a young kid. I also know that kids can find porn on the internet if they're unsupervised.

That doesn't meen I want to be the one responsible for making it available to them.

I think I need to straighten up the garage a little bit.

Seems to me the garage forum has plenty of warnings.
Not safe for work.
Not safe for kids.
Plus, the rules state, "No Nudity."
Maybe the mods need a refresher course in the above since it was a mod who posted the thread in question.:)shady

sounds like BS to me,theres no way to keep em away from porn.theres little boxes in the screen at all times they can type boobs, pus$!,fisting into.no matter the current site.if you are worried then get restrictive software or actually supervise them while online?

i agree with not posting porn links, but again whats to stop a 13 year old from being a premium member?i agree with jim, keep the nips covered and we're good

so long as the women are somewhat clothed, even by a few 1 by 1 pieces of fabric, it should be ok, nowdays you see that much on network television. there are enough free porn sites I agree the garage should not be another one

In the topic/link in discussion there wasn't any warning that it was going to take you to a page of nudity. Of course, I clicked on it as the wife was walking past. She didn't care, but what if I had been a kid just following a link but not actually searching for porn?

reminds me of a few years back when students typed in whitehouse.com to do research, and it led to a adult site, the actual site is whitehouse.gov, no warning just bang a whole bunch of porn in front of middle school kids, same idea I think
If I remember right it was a teacher having their students do research in the computer lab, apparently they also didn't know the real site
