And I'm not disclosing everything to anyone. :icon_thumby:
I may teach or tell everyone everything they know, but not everything I know. :yahoo:
It's what's kept me alive this far!

I'm sending it back.
I know where to go get a boat aluminum fuel cell, if I have to cut it outa the boat. And if it's too big, I got a line on tigger modifying it!
Copperhead said he had one of them poly tanks, once it warmed up, the top sagged from the weight of cap & he did all kind of stuff to seal it. Too much trouble. You know me I had/know/hear a bad experience I'm not doing it (ie electric fans)!!

Fuel cell sent off with USPS yesterday for return. Cost me $15 & change (I'll read the fine print next time, I should know better after 20 yrs in the Army)!
FEDEX guy came yesterday with the brake line tubing kit, it'll go in after frame mods & POR-15.
Also received the 8.8 mini-spool! :yahoo:
Moved some boxes yesterday to my storage place & picked up some wheels.
Got to get after polishing some alum centerlines! :shok:

Chad, think you can source me some 20x10 (10-14) 8 lugs??
SVT

I hate cleaning up wheels...

I'll break out the 220 v german drill I changed the cord on so now it spills at about 600-800rpm and NEVER gets warm! Makes an awesome metal boring tool!
Chuck up the mother's powerball & let it do the work!!
Yep fancy polished wheels on the B2! With herculine paint job on body. :dunno:

Well, gotta go shoot some 8.8 31 spline pics so I can sell 'em & get some more project money!

mini-spool? weld that shit....the mini wont last

After looking at this thing & all the research I've done on mini-spools, I'm not seeing the "won't last". :dunno:
Help me out with your thoughts. :icon_confused:

Anybody else feel free to chime in on this one too. Experience would be appreciated. I've ran them before & never had one fail, though it wasn't in an offroading. But it wasn't beaten on VERY hard! Drag & dirt circle track! And that was over 20 yrs ago. So they're probably made out of better materials now.

Yep, I'm opening it up, mini-spool discussion!

ive just never heard good things out of them, they put all the power through the pin which is known for breaking already....

welding the spiders in is free and much stronger....just my opinion

Only thing I've ever heard was mini spool can be removed; welding is cheaper
