If you think you sealed it up good it could be coming from somewhere else. Im sure you could buy just a new gasket or a new light that would come with one from ford

instead of using silicon you could probably make ur own gasket out of a piece of rubber gasket sheeting. just use ur light as a templet to make it and cut it out. maybe something like this? i imagine u can get it at an autoparts store as well.

its probaly the window leaking had to fix mine it will take a few hours but its easy. just have to get some black window sealent it comes in a roll any parts store should have it. just pull head liner and the rest of the panels around the window out. the window is bolted in just take all the nuts out and push the window out gently. make sure you clean the old stuff all off i used 3/8 window caulk.
