Wanting the pre-runner look

I have a 2009 ford ranger 4x4 sport front torsion setup so I was wondering what is available for my 4x4 ranger to get the lifted front suspension look even though it's 4x4... I don't know if different torsion keys will get the front lifted enough to make it look right? Any info will help thanks!

I think because you have a 07 or newer ranger you can do the pre key mod. Just swap in some 06 or older torsion keys and they will give you some lift. I havent really seen anyone do it on here but i think ive seen it done on other sites
