So, my brake lights weren't working because the switch on the pedal was bad. So, today, I replaced the switch, and after I was done, the brake pedal was mushier than before.

It was always a little bit mushy, but now it's worse. I know I need to bleed the lines, but I'm just confused about how it got more mushy by replacing the switch.

Did I mess up replacing the switch, or is this just a crazy coincidence?

I don't know, it feels like the brakes don't grab as soon.

Well, either way, I suppose the first step should be bleeding the lines.

Time to fix the brakes and bleed them. Just a complete and total coincidence if you ask me.

I replaced my cigarette lighter and my rad overheated...then when I fixed that I replaced the rear tail light bulbs and my front ball joints got wonky...when I fixed that I replaced the seat spring and it got really hot outside...

So...I think it's all just a coincidence...but mushy brakes are worse than mushy peas because nobody has ever been rear ended by a plate of mushy peas...
