I just got an analog voltmeter to check the codes on my 87. The arcives said to put it on the 0-15 V setting. The one I got starts at 2.5 then 10 then 50 Volts and up. Which setting should I use? I got it just to do this and I don't want to open it if it wont work then I can take it back. Thanks

Use a test light to pull the codes. Alot easier than reading needle sweeps.
