Vehicles targeted for theft, and a new con.


I think a hidden switch on the neutral start switch would be the way to go, the truck thinks it is in gear so it won't even crank.

Simple and fairly cheap, just where would one put the switch?

Would the same thing go for a standerd? There's gotta be like a clutch switch somewhere, right?
 
I've always driven beaters so never a problem with theft...I've even left the keys in one vehicle but nobody took it...

Maybe get some of that fake dog poop and put it on your driver's seat with a stuffed animal in the back so people will think the dog just crapped on the seat...:)

Yeah there is, I dunno where they hide it at but there is one in there somewhere.
 
I say let them steal my stuff... I don't have much in there worth anything except a $900 fifth wheel hitch and some assorted towing stuff in the bed box.

No sense in worrying about something we have no control over.
