I like tom's idea. Build some cooling fins for it. Should be easy. Then install a cooler thermostat, clean the radiator or replace it and make sure to use coolant not antifreeze.

Here's a good product to use on your fuel lines to keep them cooler. Ford had a recall back in the late 80s-earliy 90s on F250s - F350s for brake fluid over heating.
