Valve seal diameter

I've done a search but come up empty. What diameter valve seals are needed for the 2.8 v6? O'reilly has 6-7 they list for the ranger of my year.

I dont know about the 6-7 they are asking? When i just replaced mine, i used Felpro # SS 72686 , and they fit perfect. Also these are viton seals instead of the cheaper poly one's, just an fyi.

Thank you Baja. Called o'reilly's, give them the number, got it ordered.

Are there any tips or write-ups on replacing these seals? I know the basics to doing it, just wondering if there were any tips/ tricks to make it easier?

Also, you wouldn't happen to know a p/n for a valve cover seal would you? The valve covers pour oil out right onto the exhaust manifold.
