Valve Cover Gaskets Question '99 Ranger 3.0l

1999 Ranger 3.0l. I need to change valve cover gaskets, leaking. Question is...received MAHLE gasket set and they came with square bolt holes while the Fel-Pro come with round holes. Does it matter which set I use? Haven't ran into this problem before, never had the valve covers off 'til now. Thanx Fellers, Loonasea
