I've looked and looked is there no vacuum line diagram for engines on here?? Trying to find one for an 03 b3000 3.0.....

Most times having a service manual for your vehicle is the best "tool" you can invest in...

No sir, no sticker.... it's an 03 b3000 with the 3.0. Mainly wanting to know where they all go and if i need to change one or it is ok to do so with regular vacuum line......also CAN NOT find the erg any ideas on this one

Some didn't have EGR valves. The manual you want is called an EVTM- electrical and vacuum troubleshooting manual- and you can probably find one for sale online. Maybe check Hemmings Motor News site?
