Use DOT 3 instead?

I am bleeding the hydraulic system to my slave cylinder. The manual calls for C6AZ-19542-AA or BA, (ESA-M6C25-A) or equivalent. Can I use super tech break fluid DOT 3?
 
Yup just plain old Dot 3 brake fluid.....
