Update on my stolen rims

Well the detective contacted the former owner of my truck which also owned the rims. He was to go and identify the rims for the Detective and possibly has a photo of the rims. When I went past where the truck is at (that has my rims), it was not there. So I guess he had to remove them, hopefully when I get home I will have a message to come pick them up. I still want to prosecute though. I can't stand a thief!!!

Damn hoodlums. Get their asses prosecuted so that they don't just do it to someone else!! Is it a possibility that this person just bought them from the real thief though?

Yes, He bought them from the thief, but changed his story when the police showed up. Now it looks as if though he himself is in trouble and the recycling center. They claimed to have sold the rims to him AFTER the thief recycled them for aluminum, and seeing as how their license does not allow this, and the safety issues involved, they are under investigation now. Now I am home, I went by there again and still no truck, but still am waiting for the detective to call as well.

beatdowns are a part of life, hoodlums just shake them off, but if you prosecute then they have a record that follows them for life, not to mention make an example out of him to any other hoodlums that he may hang with........besides, doesnt the idea that knowing that you fucked this guys record up permamently just put a smile on your face?? if you want to beat the shit out of someone just go to the bar....

Yeah the beat downs always landed me in trouble, and they got away. Now if he wants to come back ans I catch him, I guess Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson will make sure he remains a very quiet and good boy until the sheriffs arrive, or if he gets really stupid, those 2 gentleman will see to it theystop him from bringing any harm unto me .
