Thinking about doing a tune up, some new wires and such, any suggestions on good plug wires? And I have what's left of a 91 explorer , will the coil spring and leaf springs give my b2 any lift?

Personally, I have never had any issues with the factory plugs and wires. I seem to get the best performance out of those vs anything else I've used.
As for lift, Explorer leaf springs will bring the rear up some, but the coils won't really give you anything. F-150 coils will.
