Man...these people suck big time. Get a lawyer (Ask Gary.com) If this jerk has any any assets he/she has to surrender them to you as a court of law will direct him/her to. There are a lot of free lawyers out there that will not charge you if they don't get any money. Search them out. Not all lawyers are crooks.
