types of wheeling

yeah i just wanted to see where the majority of us like to wheel at, and i think its on the trail, lol, and then me and you kinda just got off topic lol

Yea, I mostly go on back roads, I'm not much of an offroader at the moment.

I wouldn't mind doing some desert offroading, but there isn't any desert in NY.

With my bald tires I'm pretty much restricted to light trail running and sand.

yeah, alls i can say is get some handy downs or borrow tires and dont give em back lol

technical rocky tight trails is where its at. I love muddin but my little 4.0, she dont like it to much, Im all about flexin till the ttb sh!ts bricks

With TRS-1, I always liked the mud holes.

With TRS-2 I like climbing over stuff.

Of both, my preference is climbing over stuff. I'm tired of dealing with all the maintenance from playing in the mud.

Rock on:icon_hornsup: literally

Hm.

Well, can there be one vote for 'getting where ever the **** you need to go'?

No, not really, since I've never wheeled for fun. It was fun while I was doing it, but mainly I was trying to get somewhere. I'm the type that looks at the top of that hill like it's somewhere that I need to get to, and I get there.

You guys would be amazed the places I took my fwd 85 subaru station wagon after I wrecked my four-runner. I took it though icy muddy ruts made by a lifted f-250 that were about 10 to 16 inches deep with snow tires and speed alone. "Oh shit, third gear. Please stay on exhaust, please." Not for a short distance either, a few miles, riding the ruts.

Or taking my four-runner into a random stream in canada. The water ended up flowing over the roof and windshield and I just pinned the throttle.

Just places I needed to get to.
