The Explorer tank is midships mounted and won't fit.

a Bronco2 rear tank CAN be adapted, but only longbed trucks need apply.

My Ranger has two tanks, but... Neither is stock to the truck.
my '87 has a 1994 supercab tank in the front, it holds 22gallons.

My rear tank is NOT a ranger aux tank, it is instead the rear
tank from a 1991 F350 and it holds 21gallons

Did I say I had two tanks? I LIED.

I have THREE tanks, the third one is in the bed and disguised as
a diamond plate toolbox, it holds 40gallons.

I WIN!

Why would you need 500#'s of gas to haul around?

(22+21+40= 83gallons * 6lbs per gallon = 498#)

ha that's not to bad,my dad has dual 100 gallon semi tanks in the back of his dually along with the stock 40 gallon tank.I saw him fill up going to florida to haul a trailer back and it took a good 45 minutes to fill up the two semi tanks,in total it cost him about 650 bucks per fill up and he did it three times.
