The single shifter kit looks like It could work with my 2011. With how the console is setup around my manual transmission shifter, I can't see how I would be able to get the twin shifter to fit. At least not without loosing the only cup holders I have in order to do it.

Probably not worth it for the twin shifter anyway. The only added gear option it gives you is 2 low. Can you think of a situation where you would need 2 low? I can't. I'd get the less complicated, cheaper, and easier to install single shifter kit and be done with it.

I can't think of a definite one for 2 Low. Dragging logs or something like that? Tight turns on a trail where 2 High isn't enough but you don't want the scrub and bind of the front wheels locked in. Purely speculation on my part.

I use 2 low around home. I just like the slow speed control when driving around our property. Of course I just do it with the transfer case in 4 low and the front hubs unlocked.

2lo probably means more for manual trucks.

I have used it quite a bit in mine already, it is a nice speed for crawling around the farm.

I use Lo with the front hubs unlocked often simply for speed control/extra torque when riding back roads. Often on steep gravel FS roads and such. More because I'm often too lazy to get out and lock the hubs when 4X isn't needed. Not sure if I will ever go the doubler route but easily having access to low range is important to me.
