No working turn signals on a recently purchased 91 extra cab. Emergency flashers work when button on coulum pushed in, all good new fuses and bulbs in all locations, working flashers (both tested in other ranger). Replaced Multifunction switch with used one from E-Bay and still have no flashers.

Searched and found a post on jumping wires to the Multifunction switch to see if lights would work. LB to LG/W.. LB to LG/O ect.. Lights would light, but not flash. Is it safe to assume the LB (ligh blue) wire is the hot lead and I need to chase it and find out why there is not any power?

Yes, LB should be hot. Have you considered the flasher as a possibility?

Hate to admit this, but with age my eyesight is very obviously fading. Due to dirt, dust, and the fuse panel requiring my 40+ year old bones to perform some slight yoga manuevers to get a good "look" and the fuses and wiring... I neglected to notice a slot with NO FUSE!! Lack of good eyes and a missing repair manual are to blame.
On the plus side, my wife thinks I am an electrical genius beacuse her signals now work.

We promise not to tell.
