tube in a motorcycle tire?

How can you pull a wheel with the chain tight? I have only had 11 bikes but they all had the sprocket mounted to the wheel, meaning you had to slip the chain off to remove the wheel. Plus I could only imagine how much fun it would be trying to get the axle back through, keeping it all lined up right, with the chain on and tensioned.

Not usually a problem unless you have the chain too tight. Almost all the streetbikes I've owned have had a rubber mounted sprocket that is seperate from the main wheel assembly.

Here ya go. Pretty good video that walks you through it.

Eh. I have race stands for my bikes. I'll remove the chain and clean it properly when I do tires. Not worth the trouble to separate the cush drive to get a wheel off.

so what kinda bike is it...

o and street bikes only whav tubes with spoked wheels, it can be done, but i wouldnt do it

i just got a free bike too!!! btw

ive decided against the tube idea. its a yamaha yx600 radian... kind of a mix between a "80's sport" bike and a cruiser. looks more like a cruiser though.
