My local PD has one that is technically marked but it's in black reflective tape over black paint. So, technically, it isn't unmarked and you can see the markings if you know what to look for. I still don't like it. Police vehicles should be clearly marked. There are enough dufuses out there to bring in the revenue without having to do the stealth stuff. Not to mention, while it doesn't happen often, there are people out there who pretend to be police for various nefarious reasons. The trend toward unmarked vehicles is just making that easier.
