I always joked I wanted to put some massive stacks on my old F150 with a 300, then rig it up to drip used oil in the hot exhaust to make lots of smoke.
No rigging necessary
 
It only had about 250,000 miles on it, so it didn’t really burn any oil.
However, as a Ford Engine, the valve cover will leak copious amounts of oil onto the exhaust manifold giving the same result.

Not quite shiny enough to see the reflection of my Ranger (it's red too, so that might be part of the problem).
 
I made it in a Coddiwopple video. Hopefully the windshield banner will bring us a little exposure haha
