Truck RPM drop almost dies

Just picked up a B3000 truck. Runs and drives great, besided the idle issue. On cold start it idles at 1000 like it should. After warmed up I believe it is about 750. The problems is when Im driving down the road and come to a stop after the truck has warmed up. I will being coming to a stop. Push the clutch in and throw it in neutral to coast. The RPMs will drop below 500 and it makes the lights dim, the truck choke, and the oil pressure gauge will even shutter. then back up to 750 im assuming some sort of Vac leak. I just replaced the IAC but no change. Any ideas or common issue on this truck.
 
I would also like to mention that this truck just passed CA smog with flying colors. It could still be a small leak that doesnt effect emissions. Turning the a/c on also seem to make the rpms drop even harder.
 
I was having a similar issue with my Ranger 3.0 awhile back.

After searching the problem out, I went and bought a can of MAF sensor cleaner and cleaned the MAF and also the throttle body sensor.

Seems to have cleared it up for many months now.
 
That is going to be my next step. I searched for vac leaks with propane and brake cleaner today and found nothing. Thanks for the info.

Cleaned the MAF with cleaner and still have the same issues.
