TRS fab and offroad winch bumper

The main part of it (All the 1/4" sheet metal pieces and fairlead mount) is welded together. All I need is to put the tubing on. I put it on hold because I'm trying to get tubing from a supplier thats closer. Cleveland is 2-hours away and I think I found a place a lot closer to get it from. The other reason I haven't finished it is money. Once I finally got the flat pieces done in CAD and sent them out to be cut and finally got them welded together it put me in a bad time of the year to invest any more money in to getting it done. I didn't want to wrap anymore money up in to it just to have it laying around and not sold.

This actually has taken a lot longer than anticipated. The drawings took a long time and I made a few changes/improvements to it. Then when I sent it to a shop to get the pieces cut on their table, they were in the process of setting up a new table that took forever. Now I got a 1/4" bumper laying around missing it's tubing that I trip over. I really want to get this thing done and on someones truck. I think it's going to make a really nice bumper. I know I really like the one I built for TRS-2 and it's really stout. Heck, I have a really nice dewault chop saw laying next to it still in the box to cut all the tubing with still in the box.

One other option I need to consider is how I'm going to ship it because it won't go UPS. A lot of people would probably be interested in buying but few probably want to pay to have it shipped.

I'll probably use my income tax money as an investment to get it done and start some more projects.

Yo,
Will it not go UPS because of weight, size, or both?

One thought i had was to maybe build it in like 3 peices and ship them out that way. Then the only thing the guy has to do when he gets it is to bolt on "the wings" or whatever. Just an idea.

you have to ship ups freight and I don't know what that cost.
