Doorgunner, It's more like "Good Job Jughead". Alot of pictures wouldn't've happened if not for me egging the rest of the group on.


I can almost say that I have too many pictures...


I'm crazy... You'll soon see why.

I drove it 375 miles.

I'm starting to worry about this project. I had hoped we would be able to get this from the Atlantic to the Pacific before the end of the year. We started this in May and we haven't even crossed the continental divide yet. As the line goes in the Smokey and the Bandit soundtrack, "We have a long way to go and a short time to get there."

It's taken us 6-months to get 1/2 way across the country and there's only 1.5-months left in the year. Definitely doesn't look good.

There's a huge gap between where it is now and the guys in Colorado. If it could get through Colorado, Utah and over to Vegas I think it will pick up steam. From there we have enough members to take it all the way up the coast and up to Washington if we wanted.

Can you go back and edit your post, with screen names & actual names with their trucks? This rally holds the record for the largest single get-together for this project at 7 members.

Good job, all. Looks great, and loads of fun. I think my favorite pics are where y'all are sticking out from the wheel wells with the triple tube front bumper, and the isometric view of the 7 trucks lined up.

6 months to get halfway across, with a little snag in the handoff in June. Another 4-5 months until Cali folks, probably.

*shrugs* It's a fun project, that really IS bringing people together. I don't know how much faster you can rush it though.
