the problem is the banner is in a state with memebers several hours away and it makes it diffacult for two people in two diferent states more then 200 miles apart to make time on the same day to go and exchange the banner.

Maybe Jim O. could amend the rules and allow the Banner to be left at a certain agreed location in a certain agreed city so the next guy in line could pick it up.....like at a town hall information desk/etc.

as in weezle's case......that way he could pick it up and get some miles on it....

sitting for months is the other option.......and that ain't working
