Replaced the tires, problem solved. So the vibration was actually a combination of several different things. The carrier bearing helped, the u-joints helped, and the tires fixed the majority of it. When i jacked up each side individually and listed for vibration it was equal on both sides. That told me it wasn't a wheel bearing (could have been both bearings which would have been unlikely). It could have been the diff at that point, but I did notice how untrue the tires were spinning. I read a lot of posts were the solution went unanswered, so I hope others searching for similar problems will find some of this thread helpful. Thanks to all who responded.
