hhahahaha

sorry but shooting flames out the carberatour while tempting to start and failing, leaking oil in every spot possible, literally rusted in half, literally no chassis support members, doesnt qualify as running and nice looking

Get an airchisel. I used one with a dull flat tip to hammer away at the EGR nut on the exhaust side in my bros 92 crown vic, them things have absolutey no room to work but the air hammer did it. Use it to hammer on the wrench if you have an air tank, (chisel 30 bux at advance)

DAMN, You didnt seriosuly quote dusty did you LOL

ook i know what an air chisel is now, my budy has one but i dont see how that will work with my problem? just chisel on the bolt to get the rust off?

You can chisel against the bolt to try and turn it, or put the chisel against your wrench like a hammer but using less space to swing.

****Don't try to chisel, break, the bolt off. Plase the flat end against a corner of the bolt and attempt to loosen it. In other words chisel it counterclockwise.

wont the chisel just slip off the wrench?

It might, I also had a flat blade with a v notch that I used on wrenches.

that sounds more like it, or i could just take the grinder to make a notch in it

are those air chisels expensive?

Advance autoparts when it was discount had them for around 30 bucks I think. Or was it 60. Either way, I spent money I didnt have at the time. But it saved my life. I even found the cam lock tools and a mechanic to let me borrowthem, but I still wouldnt have got the job done if I hadnt found a method for beating that egr nut.

do like people have said, breaker bar, pb blast, torch, air chisel etc.

just be careful not to give yourself a hernia:icon_surprised:.....see it happen, i bet its real painful......:shok:
