trouble codes and high idleing

I just put new heads and gaskets on my truck, It had a blown gasket and cracked head, Its all back together , It runs but it is idling at 1500+ rps and I have trouble codes p1400 pdfe low voltage and p1131 lean condition, any ideas what this is?

do you mean DPFE as in the egr switch that has an electrical plug and 2 silicone hoses running into it from the exhaust manifold?

yea two hoses from the egr tube
