Tranny problem

While leavin the house yesterday transmission made a loud grinding noise and now i stuck going nowhere... Pressure on clutch seems fine, fluids always held, and i had it checked a few weeks back by my transmission guy because of the grinding noise i heard yesterday. It shifts into gear (into where the gear should be anyways) but acts like its still in nuetral in every gear. I was thinking input shaft but i cant imagine it just dropping like that. Im currently working on dropping the tranny and needed some info so i figured i'd drop a line on here. you guys have been there for me before. -thanks
