Trails in VA?

Does anyone know of any good trails in Virginia?

George Washington National Forest, I like Stoney Run, and Shoe Creek. There is some stuff around Harrisonburg. Rock Crawling try Crozet.

x2 for harrisonburg and shoe creek and crabtree falls. also mild ones in lyndhurst/sherando area. as for the rock crawling in crozet, i believe you have to be a member of their club. seems like a lot of yota owners are members.
