ive heard the timing gear that is pressed on to the cams lets loose eventually, i delivered a pizza to a guy who had 3 of them, when i asked him about them he said all the v6 shos will do this eventually. i love em myself but the reliability factor always bugged me using it as an only car

actually thinking about it it was the newest shos they made (like 97ish) so it would have been v8 shos he had piling up, sorry that was quite a few years back

Well he decided that the s10 was an unfair trade for the SHO, so I didn't get the sho and sold my $180 s10 for $500 and then bought an 87 Ranger 4x4 for $500 off another guy
